Navixer
An AI-powered life decision platform helping users make smarter choices in housing, cars, and personal finance. Navixer analyses each user's goals, lifestyle, and budget and returns ranked, explained recommendations with financial scenario modelling. The platform spans three applications: a public marketing site, a full-stack mobile-ready user app, and a dedicated B2B partner portal for real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, and insurance providers.

Problem
Making major life decisions — buying a home, financing a car, restructuring personal finances — is overwhelming. People lack a structured way to connect their personal situation with available options, and most comparison tools are driven by paid placements rather than genuine fit.
Approach
Navixer builds a detailed life profile through a five-step onboarding flow and uses AI to return personalised, ranked recommendations with clear reasoning. The platform earns through a freemium model with subscription tiers, lead fees, and a success fee on completed property transactions.
Product Architecture
The product spans three separate applications:
1. Landing page (navixer.com)
Static Angular marketing site with a waitlist form, multi-language support (9 languages), Czech-language blog, partner application, and investor / press pages.
2. Main application
Full-stack Angular + NestJS platform with user auth, onboarding, AI chat, recommendation dashboard, property detail and comparison views, financial simulation, saved items, and location intelligence. Mobile-ready via Capacitor (iOS + Android). AI calls centralised in an orchestration service using Anthropic Claude and OpenAI models.
3. Partner portal
Dedicated B2B portal for real estate agencies (sales and rentals), mortgage brokers, and insurance providers. Partners see qualified leads scored by Navixer's lead-scoring engine (0–100 scale), claim leads to receive contact details, and manage their listing data feed URL.
Lead Scoring Engine
Every user is continuously scored on five dimensions: budget signals (25%), engagement depth (20%), committed actions (30%), time-on-platform (15%), and preference consistency (10%). Leads scoring ≥ 80 are categorised as decision-ready and surfaced to partners.
Business Model
- Free tier (core AI features, no card required)
- Plus / Pro subscriptions (deeper analysis, advanced tools)
- Lead fees: 200–1 000 Kč per qualified lead forwarded to a partner
- Success fee: 0.1–0.5% of transaction value on closed property deals
