Seller Bridge
A private SaaS platform that bridges Printify (print-on-demand fulfillment) and global marketplaces, starting with Amazon SP-API and eBay. Operators define Regional Product Templates once and the platform handles variant mapping, parent-child Amazon listings, GTIN exemption workflows, BullMQ-based publishing pipelines, and bidirectional order and fulfillment sync. It is designed around the Amazon Data Protection Policy and is in beta, not yet publicly available.
My Role & Activities
- Product architecture and domain modeling
- Full-stack development (Angular 21 + NestJS 11)
- Marketplace adapter design (Amazon SP-API, eBay)
- BullMQ async publishing pipeline
- Atomic Amazon parent-child listing flow
- Two-collection PII isolation pattern
- Encrypted backup pipeline (age + Backblaze B2)
- Audit logging and incident detection
- Amazon DPP and multi-jurisdiction compliance design

Architecture and delivery context
Problem
Publishing print-on-demand catalogs to large marketplaces like Amazon is a high-friction process: every region has different providers, variant matrices explode quickly, GTIN/UPC requirements differ per category, and listing failures are hard to debug. On top of that, anyone integrating with Amazon SP-API operates under the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP), which puts strict limits on how buyer PII can be handled.
Approach
Seller Bridge treats Printify as the canonical source of truth and projects products to multiple marketplaces through a strict adapter interface. Operators define a Regional Product Template once (blueprint + provider + regional settings), attach Design Assets via Design Campaigns, and the platform handles the rest — variant generation, parent-child Amazon listing creation, GTIN exemption, async publishing, and order or fulfillment sync.
Stack
- Frontend: Angular operator dashboard with Tailwind CSS and Angular Material
- Backend: NestJS modular monolith with a marketplace adapter per channel
- Database: MongoDB
- Async pipelines: BullMQ + Redis for catalog sync and campaign publish
- AI: Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini for product type classification
Key Features
- Regional Product Templates with per-region provider selection
- Auto-generated variant matrix (Cartesian product of color, size, and other options)
- GTIN exemption workflow with brand-string fallback
- Atomic Amazon parent-child listing publish via Amazon's listings feed
- Bidirectional order and fulfillment sync between Amazon, the platform, and Printify
- Audit logging of every publish action and status change
- Marketplace adapter pattern (Amazon, eBay, Google Merchant Center)
Security and Compliance
The platform is designed around Amazon DPP requirements: scoped tokens for PII access, isolation of buyer PII from operational data, encrypted backups, audit logging, and end-to-end TLS. The privacy design targets GDPR / UK GDPR, CCPA / CPRA, PIPEDA and LGPD.
Status
In beta and not yet publicly available. Production access to the Amazon Selling Partner API has not been granted yet.
